My Political Journey
Over 40 yeers ago, the left began to rear its ugly head, and started its systematic destruction of the United States. Over these many years, conservatives quietly watched their freedom disintegrate. We justified our passivity by voting, and patted ourselves on the back for doing so. Meanwhile the left was raising money, organizing, phone banking, registering voters and yes, voting. The left does more in a day to win elections than conservatives do in year. Barak Obama has sobered us up, and while too many of us are still on the sidelines, many more of us have awakened to our civic responsiblities. We also must raise money, organize, phone bank, register voters, vote, and speak out against the evil that is savaging earth's last best hope. Speaking out is what I'm all about. My name is Jan Shedd and I live in Post Oak Bend, Texas. I am the 75142 Admin for the Kaufman County Tea Party. I like calling myself Bourgeois (which means "middle class") because the bourgeois was despised by Karl Marx. Today's incarnation of Marx--the Democrat Party--hates the middle class as much as their founding father did. I bear their disdain with great pride. Bring it on you liberal blowhards!
